Kane HUB-8 Kit Smart Refrigerant Charging Kit

The Kane HUB-8 Kit Smart Refrigerant Charging Kit is part of Kanes HUB range with the HUB-8 containing, 2 x Kane WPCP wireless temperature pipe clamp probes, 2 x Kane WPP wireless pass through pressure probes, a Kane WVG2 vacuum gauge, a Kane WOT2 outdoor condenser temperature probe and two Kane WHP Duct Temperature and RH probes allowing for all AC and refrigeration Duct system parameters to be measured.

The Kane HUB-8 kit is a comprehensive wireless solution for HVACR professionals. It includes a range of sensors for efficient and accurate system testing.

Kane WPCP2

The HUB-8 Kit includes two Kane WPCP wireless clamp temperature probes, that allow for the wireless measurements and display of flow and return measurements, boiler commissioning tests and Monobloc heat pumps. The WPCP probes can be connected to the Kane Hub App or any Kane Link analysers, the probes can be used in tight spaces with pipe diameters up to 38mm. With the WPCP temperatures can be measured with a range of 0-80ºC from a line of sight up to 100m

Kane WPP2

Featuring two Kane WPP2 Wireless pressure Probes, the Kane HUB-8 kit can conduct wireless testing of heat pumps, A/C and refrigeration system pressure tests. Superheat and sub cooling can also be calculated. The Kane WPP2 pressure probes connect wirelessly to the Kane Hub App or Kane Link analysers with a line of sight of 100m.

Kane WVG2

The Kane HUB-8 kit includes a Kane WVG2 Wireless Vacuum Gauge allowing for the testing of heat pumps, A/C and refrigeration system evacuations to ensure moisture and non condensate removal. The gauge has a vacuum range of 20,000 microns with a 700psi maximum over range.

The WVG2 features a 45º coupler and nickel plated flare fitting. Oil contamination warning and sensor failure is also detected on the gauge. The magnetic hanger allows for hands free operation. The WVG2 is compatible with the Kane Hub App and Kane link Analysers with a range of 100m line of sight.

Kane WOT2

HUB-8 kit includes a Kane WOT2 outdoor temperature sensor that provides testing of heat pumps, A/C and refrigerant condenser temperatures to be conducted. Further features include targeting heat pumps, A/C refrigeration superheat and subcool. The sensor allows for temperature measurements ranging from 0ºC to 82ºC (32ºF to 180ºF) to be conducted. Further features include measuring outdoor temperature measurements for target superheat calculations.

The Kane WOT2 features a magnetic hanger that allows for hands free operation with two positions condenser side or top. The sensor is compatible with the Kane Hub App and Kane Link analysers with a 100m line of sight range.

Kane WHP2 Wireless Hygrometer Probes

The Kane HUB-8 features two WHP2 wireless Hygrometer probes allowing for in app temperature and psychrometric calculations with the slimmest 6mm (1/4") hygrometer probe allowing for smaller drill holes. The probes offer a temperature measurement range of 0-60ºC (32ºF to 140ºF) with an accuracy of ±0.3 ̊C (±0.5°F). Relative humidity of 0 to 100% (0.1% resolution, ±3% accuracy from 20 to 80% ±5% otherwise). Connection to the Kane Hub and Kane Link Analysers link the probes to the app or other Kane devices with a 100m line of sight.

Kane Hub App

The Kane HUB-8 kit content are all compatible with the Kane Hub App, allowing users to connect and control your Kane devices. The app allows technicians are able to see, save and share tests results and measure system pressures and temperatures.

The App allows for superheat and subcooling measurements to be calculated. Further testing includes the testing of vacuum with dual mode vacuum screen and evacuation target display and rise limit testing. Test results can be displayed in microns, Pa, mmHg and mBar, with the display rate of change and water saturation point displayed.
