The Kane-PU690V 690V AC Proving Unit provides the ideal on-site safety solution for the final checks of a voltage indicator before embarking on testing a live circuit. Safety should always be a number one priority when working with potentially live circuits, ensuring your voltage indicator is operating correctly is a crucial step of this process. However, not only is the KANE-PU690V an important part of any safe isolation kit, it is also high & low Z impedance compatible for proving voltage on multimeters.
Lightweight yet protected by a hard-wearing housing, the Kane-PU690V 690V AC Proving Unit features multiple highly useful functions. Alongside an AC voltage output of up to 690V, there is also a low battery indication provided, 200k Ohm Load and CAT II 750V safety rating. This AC proving unit is fully in-line with the following standards:
