Keller LEO Record Ei Intrinsically Safe Digital Manometer (1000bar)
The Keller LEO Record Ei Intrinsically Safe Digital Manometer has an extended pressure measurement range of 0 to 1000bar, accuracy of ±0.1% FS and a resolution of 200mbar. Pressure readings are taken via the gauge’s G ¼” male connector.
The Keller Record Ei is an intrinsically safe pressure gauge which is classified as Ex II 2 G and Ex ia IIC T4 with certification files of PTB 05 ATEX 2012 X and IECEx PTB 13.0028X. This makes it safe to use in hazardous environments.
The clear digital screen on the Keller Record Ei shows pressure readings in a number of different units. The pressure gauge’s min/max function records the lowest or highest value reached and there is also a zero function for relative measurements.
A large internal memory with room for up to 57,000 readings makes the Keller LEO Record Ei suitable for long term monitoring of pressure in industrial systems. Event-controlled and interval recording help prevent unnecessary collection of data in order to make the most of the manometer’s memory.
The Keller LEO Record Ei has an RS485 Fischer port that can be used to download data to a PC when connected by the optional Keller K114A USB Cable Adaptor. Keller Logger 5 software is provided as standard and this allows the user to analyse and report data as well as to configure the manometer.
An IP65 ingress protection rating certifies that the Keller LEO Record Ei can stand up to the rigours of regular use in challenging environments whilst the two-year battery life makes the manometer extremely practical.
