Keller LEO Record Ei Intrinsically Safe Digital Manometer (700bar)
The Keller LEO Record Ei Intrinsically Safe Digital Manometer has a G ¼” male connector that allows it to take pressure readings from industrial systems. It has a range of 0 to 700bar with accuracy of ±0.1% FS and a resolution of 200mbar.
As an intrinsically safe manometer, the Keller Record Ei is suitable for measuring pressure in hazardous environments where there is a risk of combustion. It is classified as Ex II 2 G and Ex ia IIC T4 and has certification files PTB 05 ATEX 2012 X and IECEx PTB 13.0028X.
A number of different units are available on the Keller Record Ei and it has a digital display that clearly shows pressure readings. Min/max functionality captures extreme readings whilst a zero function enables relative measurements.
The large internal memory of the Keller LEO Record Ei makes it suitable for long-term pressure monitoring. It has an adjustable sample rate and can store up to 57,000 readings as well as offering both event-controlled and interval recording.
The Keller LEO Record Ei’s memory is accessed via the RS485 Fischer connection. In order to download results to a PC, an optional Keller K114A Cable Adaptor is required. For configuration of the manometer, data transfer, analysis and reporting, a Keller Logger 5 software package is provided as standard.
The Keller LEO Record Ei is suitable for challenging environments as it has an IP65 ingress protection rating and a battery life of up to two years.
