The Kewtech EZYPAT Landlords PAT Testing Kit combines the easy-to-use Kewtech EZYPAT tester with a carefully selected range of accessories, providing a practical and cost-effective solution for landlords, letting agents, and property managers to manage electrical safety responsibilities across their property portfolio. It includes everything needed to test, record, and identify electrical appliances while maintaining clear compliance records.

Rental properties often contain a variety of portable appliances, extension leads, and IT equipment that require regular inspection as part of an effective electrical safety programme. The Kewtech EZYPAT simplifies this process through dedicated automatic test sequences for Class I appliances, Class II appliances, and extension leads. Clear PASS/FAIL indications, supported by red and green visual alerts, allow users to make immediate decisions without having to interpret complex readings.

The tester performs all the essential checks required for routine PAT testing, including earth bond continuity testing, insulation resistance testing, substitute leakage current measurement, and extension lead polarity testing. It also offers dual insulation test voltages of 250V and 500V, providing greater flexibility when testing modern appliances and surge-protected equipment commonly found in rental accommodation. A test lead compensation function further improves accuracy by eliminating resistance introduced by the test leads themselves.

The included PAT Register Book and PAT Certificate Pad make it easy to document inspections, record results, and provide evidence of testing where required, while large quantities of pass, wrap-around, and fail labels help ensure every tested appliance is clearly identified. The supplied Test Meter PRO socket tester enables quick verification of socket wiring before appliances are tested, while the IEC cloverleaf adaptor allows a wider range of equipment to be included in the testing programme, particularly laptop power supplies and other commonly used household electronics.

A PL13 230V 13A plug lockout and padlock is also included, allowing faulty or failed appliances to be isolated from use immediately until repairs or replacement can be arranged. This provides an additional layer of safety when managing occupied properties. Everything is stored in a durable Test-Meter kit bag, making it easy to transport between properties and keep testing equipment organised.
