Martindale PD440SRDX 440V Advanced Proving Unit

The Martindale PD440SRDX 440V Advanced Proving Unit that safety proves the operation of voltage indicators and tests lamps ups to 440V ensuring the device is working correctly to industry standards. With four stepped voltage thresholds of 440V, 230V, 125V and 50V matched to common two pole tester thresholds. The PD440SRDX boasts AC or DC output which is selectable by push button switch.

CALCHECK

With the unique CALCHECK function the PD440SRDX, allows for the easy verification of the insulation and low resistance ranges of 18th edition multifunction testers, making it ideal for identifying potential calibration issues prior to certifying a new wiring installation or carrying out a condition report.

The individual reference resistance pads with nominal values of 0.5Ω and 1.0Ω for continuity measurements and 0.5MΩ and 1.0MΩ for insulation resistance

The PD440SRDX provides proving unit output voltages that are stepped with individual LED indicators for each voltage from 50V to 440V with the proving unit outputting the haughtiest voltage on contact, checking all the LEDs up to 440V allowing for safe isolation use and then steps down through each level automatically. At the end of a test, the PD440SRDX will show the low resistance across the terminals to verify the continuity function of two pole testers.

The PD440SRDX boasts a low battery life with a low battery indicator and auto power off function preserving battery life. The unit also comes with the included MAG3 high strength magnetic hanger with a tough over moulded low profile design.
