Martindale VT4 Non-Contact Voltage Detector

This product has been discontinued, it is replaced by the Martindale NC4 Dual-Sensitivity Non-Contact Voltage Detector.

The Martindale VT4 Non-Contact Voltage Detector is a useful and safe voltage tester that is capable of detecting AC voltage between 12V and 1000V. The two sensitivity ranges (12 to 50V & 50V to 1000V) help ensure accuracy and the detection also has a wide frequency range of 50Hz to 400Hz.

When a voltage is detected, the tip of the Martindale VT4 lights up red and it also emits an audible indication. The lightweight, compact design is ideal for professionals as it is extremely easy to carry around and the instrument even has an LED torch so the user can see what they are doing in poor light.

The clip means that the detector can be carried on a belt or pocket and it is safety rated as Cat IV 1000V.
