The Megger EVT100 Electric Vehicle Tester is a compact handheld tester designed for testing electric vehicles and electric vehicle components. Built for EV manufacturers, workshops, service centres and maintenance teams, it provides a practical all-in-one solution for carrying out routine safety and diagnostic tests on hybrid and electric vehicles.

Designed with the requirements of UNECE R100 in mind, the EVT100 supports essential electric vehicle testing, including insulation resistance, low resistance bonding, continuity, diode testing, DC voltage measurement with polarity check and temperature measurement. This allows users to test key EV systems and components with one straightforward instrument.

The Megger EVT100 is suitable for use on HEV, PHEV, BEV and FCEV vehicles, helping users test high-voltage connectors, cables, insulation resistance, electrical bonding, DC voltage, temperature and diode performance. It supports two-, three- and four-wire low resistance testing, with a guard terminal to help reduce errors caused by surface leakage current during insulation measurements.

For workshop and field use, the EVT100 features a full colour graphic display, guided lead setup diagrams, internal storage for up to 256 test results and USB download for reporting. Its rugged over-moulded housing, IP54 environmental protection and CAT III 600 V safety rating make it well suited to demanding EV testing environments.
