Megger EVT100X Electric Vehicle Tester with Bluetooth

The Megger EVT100X Electric Vehicle Tester with Bluetooth is a handheld tester designed for testing electric vehicles and electric vehicle components. Built for EV manufacturers, workshops, service centres and maintenance teams, it provides a practical all-in-one solution for carrying out routine safety and diagnostic testing on hybrid and electric vehicles.

Designed with the requirements of UNECE R100 in mind, the EVT100X supports essential EV testing, including insulation resistance, low resistance bonding, continuity, diode testing, DC voltage measurement with polarity check and temperature measurement. This allows users to test high-voltage connectors, cables, insulation resistance, electrical bonding, DC voltage, temperature and diode performance using one instrument.

The EVT100X adds Bluetooth Low Energy connectivity for use with CertSuite Asset. This allows test results to be streamed live, stored against vehicles, components or assemblies, and used to support traceable, auditable EV testing records. CertSuite Asset can also help users review results in real time, retrieve stored results later and support documentation, certification and compliance workflows.

The tester can also be used fully as a standalone instrument. It includes internal storage for up to 256 date and time stamped test results, with the option to export data to USB. For workshop and field use, the EVT100X features a full colour graphic display, guided lead setup diagrams, live circuit detection, test inhibit functions, rugged over-moulded housing, IP54 environmental protection and CAT III 600 V safety protection.
