Megger MTR105X Rotating Machine Tester with Bluetooth

The Megger MTR105X Rotating Machine Tester with Bluetooth is a dedicated handheld tester designed for assessing the condition of motors and generators. Combining insulation resistance testing with low resistance, inductance, capacitance and rotation testing, it allows users to carry out a more complete rotating machine assessment with one portable instrument.

Designed for production, service and maintenance teams, the MTR105X supports a wide range of motor testing tasks, including insulation resistance, polarisation index, dielectric absorption ration, timed testing and temperature compensation. It also includes DLRO four-wire Kelvin low resistance testing, continuity testing, capacitance and inductance measurement, motor direction of rotation and three-phase supply rotation.

The MTR105X includes Bluetooth Low Energy connectivity for use with CertSuite Asset, allowing test results to be streamed live, stored against specific assets and used for reporting and trending. The instrument can also be used fully as a standalone tester, with onboard storage for up to 256 motor results and USB download for record keeping.

Built for industrial and field use, the Megger MTR105X features a full colour graphic display, over-moulded housing and IP54 environmental protection against dust and moisture ingress. Safety features include live circuit detection, test inhibit functions and CAT III 600V protection, helping users work confidently during motor and generator testing.
