Sauermann Si-CA 130 Pro (NO) Combustion Flue Gas Analyser Kit

The Sauermann Si-CA 130 Pro (NO) Combustion Flue Gas Analyser Kit comes with both an O2 Sensor and a CO Sensor, as well as a 300mm Probe with 3m Dual Hose. The Si-CA 130 features a large colour touchscreen that presents clear readings and automatically logs data to the instrument. Reports can be created using the Sauermann app and PC software, with results transferred quickly via wireless connection or USB.

In collaboration with Velocity Pro Gear, Sauermann also offers an optional protective field bag for carrying the analyser kit, which can be added to your order by selecting the checkbox above.

To help keep the analyser accurate and minimise downtime, predictive maintenance estimates sensor life and provides calibration reminders. Pre-calibrated, field-replaceable sensors add extra convenience, while draft and differential pressure can be measured with a one-touch pump On/Off and purge. The analyser also supports combustion efficiency and excess air calculations.

On-screen gas analysis can be customised, with graphical views available for easier interpretation. A user-adjustable automatic pump cut-off can be enabled if high CO levels are detected, and the instrument can calculate CO2 percentage as well as monitor ambient CO and CO2.

For full-day use in the field, the Si-CA 130 offers up to 8 hours of battery life and is protected by a durable rubber holster.

Sauermann Combustion App

The Sauermann Combustion App is a free to download app that is available on both iOS and Android devices. With Wireless connection from the analyser to smartphone, the app allows for remote viewing of combustion data and measurements in real time as either a list or in a graph. Measurement data can be saved and automatic logging is also available. Reports can be created and exported in PDF, CSV (for Excel) and XML formats.

The app allows for databases to be created for customers, operators, and equipment.
