Seaward Apollo 500+ Elite Printer Kit (380A9899) - 5th Edition Compliant
The Seaward Apollo 500+ Elite Printer Kit (380A9899) comes supplied with an advanced PAT tester, a PAT label printer, a barcode scanner, and a range of other useful accessories.
Updated to be fully compliant with the 5th edition of the IET Code of Practice, the Apollo 500+ includes functions such as:
- Pass/Fail limit of 5mA for all protective & touch leakage tests in line with 5th edition
- New Test sequence for Class 2 FE equipment
Seaward Apollo 500+ PAT Tester
The Seaward Apollo 500+ PAT Tester is capable of electrical safety tests including earth bond, insulation resistance, polarity checking, RCD testing, power socket testing, and leakage measurement (touch/differential/earth). It is therefore suitable for domestic, commercial and industrial environments.
Improved firmware on the Seaward Apollo 500+ has introduced a database search function and enhanced the user experience whilst a new external battery pack means that batteries can be interchanged easily in the field. In addition to a full QWERTY keyboard, the tester has a large internal memory with room for 10,000 results which can be exported as necessary.
IET 5th Edition and BSEN 50699 Compliant
The Seaward Apollo 500+ is fully compatible with the test limits published in both the 5th Edition IET Code of Practice, and the BSEN 50699 Recurrent Tests of Electrical Equipment standard. Simply choose the guidelines you choose to work with on the PAT tester, and the tester will compare measured results with those published, providing users with a clear pass/fail indication.

Seaward Elite 2 Test n Tag Printer
The Seaward Elite 2 Test n Tag Printer is capable of printing a variety of PAT labels with both barcodes and QR codes. The advantage of QR-coded labels is that the end appliance user can scan the label with a phone and see all the details immediately. The printer produces both cable wrap and appliance labels which feature information additional information such as test results, dates, appliance ID info and more. Several label rolls are provided as standard.
Seaward QR and Barcode Scanner
In order to read a barcoded or QR-coded label, the Seaward QR and Barcode Scanner is required. This Bluetooth-enabled device works with the Seaward Apollo 500+ to instantly recall information to the screen and therefore save results in a logical database.
Other Accessories
A 110V appliance adaptor is included in the kit which vastly increases the scope of the tester to include power tools and other construction equipment. A custom carry case is also provided as standard.
