The Testo 104-IR BT is a versatile food thermometer designed to combine non-contact infrared surface measurement with a fold-out penetration probe for core temperature checks in one compact instrument. This makes it a practical choice for food safety professionals who need to assess both external and internal temperatures quickly during receiving, storage, preparation and serving checks.

A major advantage of the instrument is its Bluetooth connectivity and compatibility with the testo Smart App, allowing readings to be transferred for easier documentation and monitoring of CP and CCP checks. The thermometer can also be used with or without the app, giving users the flexibility of simple standalone operation or more structured digital record keeping when required.

Built for demanding food environments, the Testo 104-IR BT features an IP65-rated waterproof housing, a 2-point laser for easier infrared targeting, and compliance with EN 13485, HACCP International and NSF standards.
