Testo 105 T-Bar Catering Thermometer

The Testo 105 T-Bar Catering Thermometer is ideal for the food industry as it has a narrow measuring tip which can penetrate semi-solid substances such as meat, cheese and jelly. The user can also choose to exchange the measurement tip in order to measure frozen food or large blocks of food. The thermometer has a measurement range of -50˚C to 275˚C so it is equally adept checking stored food as checking cooked food. Accuracy stands at ±1% across most of the range and readings are precise to 0.1˚C.

Readings are displayed on the Testo 105’s backlit digital screen and operation is very easy thanks to the simple push-button interface. It offers data hold as well as an audible and optical alarm which can be set to trigger when user-adjustable limits are breached. The IP65-rated instrument is totally waterproof and can be cleaned under running water so it is very hygienic. The thermometer comes with a belt holder and batteries with an 80-hour battery life.

Different sets are available with the Testo 105 which each have various measuring tips. The Testo 105 Frozen Food Kit features a frozen food tip whilst the Application Kit has a frozen food tip, standard measurement tip, and 200mm long measurement tip.
