Testo 112 Calibratable Single Channel Thermometer

The Testo 112 Calibratable Single Channel Thermometer has been specifically designed for performing checks on official food inspection visits as well as various veterinarian and pathology-related applications. It is compatible with both Pt100 and NTC probes and has a temperature measurement range of -50˚C to 300˚C which makes it easily suited to checking deep-frozen items or deep fat fryers. Accuracy ranges from ±0.2˚C to ±0.5˚C and has a reading resolution of 0.1˚C and therefore has the necessary precision. Please note that probes are sold separately.

The backlit digital screen shows all readings and even offers simultaneous min/max reading display. The Testo 112 can store min/max values and it is even compatible with an optional Testo printer for producing time- and date-stamped hard copies of results in the field. The user can set specific alarm limits for particular applications and the thermometer will produce an instant audible alarm if those limits are exceeded.

The Testo 112 has PTB type approval and calibration capacity meaning that it can be calibrated by Testo AG before sale in order to have appropriate accuracy for formal inspections. The instrument also has an inbuilt self-monitoring facility which helps maintain accuracy and safety. The thermometer carries a two-year warranty and its compact, lightweight design makes it a practical instrument for carrying around on inspections.
