Testo 176-T2 Temperature Data Logger

The Testo 176-T2 Temperature Data Logger has connections for two separate external Pt100 temperature sensors which means it can be used for monitoring air, surface or liquid temperature at two different points within a facility. It has a maximum temperature measurement range of -100˚C to 400˚C with a best accuracy of ±0.2˚C and a resolution of 0.01˚C. These capabilities make it suitable for continuous monitoring of refrigerators, storage units and transport facilities. Please note that the monitor needs probes to function and that these are not provided as standard.

The Testo 176-T2 has a large digital display that shows current temperature readings from each probe so passers by can see the relevant temperature at a glance. The user can adjust the measurement rate between 1s and 24h and up to 2 million values can be saved to the monitor’s internal memory and then downloaded to a PC using a USB cable or SD card. Please note that a USB cable is required to programme the monitor and that this is not provided as standard. ComSoft Basic software can be downloaded free of charge for analysis, archiving and reporting data.

An incredibly long battery life of 8 years (with a 15 minute measurement rate) means that the Testo 176-T2 can be installed and then left without trouble and the IP65 waterproof rating means it is suitable for a wide range of environments. The monitor is supplied as standard with a wall holder, lock, battery and calibration protocol.
