Testo 565i EX ATEX-Certified Vacuum Pump

The Testo 565i EX is an ATEX-certified vacuum pump designed for the evacuation of refrigeration systems and heat pumps, providing a fully automatic evacuation process when used in conjunction with the Testo 552i Wireless Vacuum Probe. With a powerful 7 CFM / 198 l/min flow rate and a final vacuum of 15 microns, it is designed to deliver efficient and reliable evacuation performance.

Once the desired vacuum target has been reached, the Testo 565i EX automatically stops pumping and initiates a vacuum holding test. This helps remove foreign gases and moisture while allowing data relating to the system's leak-tightness to be stored. The integrated data logging function provides complete documentation of the evacuation process, reducing the need for manual monitoring.

The pump can be configured and monitored using the free Testo Smart App, allowing users to view live measurement values, monitor the evacuation process and create measurement reports. When switched on, the Testo 565i EX automatically establishes a Bluetooth connection with compatible Testo refrigeration measuring instruments and the Smart App, helping to streamline the overall workflow.

With compatibility for A2L, A2 and A3 refrigerants, alongside ATEX certification, the Testo 565i EX provides a flexible solution for refrigeration and heat pump applications where safety and controlled evacuation are essential. Its two-stage rotary vane pump, non-return valve and inspection glass for quick oil-level assessment further support dependable day-to-day operation.
