The Testo 570s Smart Digital Manifold Vacuum Kit and Clamp Meter comes supplied with the Testo 570s digital manifold, Testo 770-3 Bluetooth True RMS Clamp Meter, two Testo 115i clamp temperature probes and a Testo 552i vacuum probe. The 570s and kit components can be safely and easily stored in the included transport case.

Testo 570s Smart Digital Manifold

The Testo 570s Smart Digital Manifold is a Bluetooth enabled manifold with a four way valve block providing an optimal solution for long term measurements on refrigeration, air conditioning systems and heat pumps. The Testo 570s can also be used with A3 and A2L refrigerants. All data measured by an operator can be viewed at a glance and graphically on the large display.

The Testo 570s allows users to measure temperature from -50ºC to 150ºC with an accuracy of ±1.3˚C (-20˚C to 85˚C) and measuring pressure from -1 to 60 bar with a high level of accuracy of ±0.25% fs, the Testo 570s can be used for both short and long term data measurements.

The Testo 570s allows for up to 360 hours of run time with rechargeable batteries (USB-C) with a large data memory for measurement. The battery life is further preserved by the auto off function after ten minutes of inactivity.

The Testo 570s is IP54 rated providing protection from dust and water ingress, with the included transport case the Testo 570s is suitable for use even in the most challenging environments.

Testo 770-3 Bluetooth True RMS Clamp Meter

The Testo 770-3 True RMS Clamp Meter boasts a wide range advanced features allowing for measurement, practical use and data processing. Basic electrical measurements including AC/DC voltage, AC/DC current, resistance, frequency, temperature and capacitance whilst also performing diode testings and continuity testing. The Testo 770-3 features auto-calculation capabilities, providing users an additional reading for power. Highly accurate, the True RMS readings give the unit a basic accuracy of ±0.1%

The retractable pincer clamp, coupled with traditional hard jaw, allows the operator to access awkward wiring in hard to reach places. The auto detection feature can sense AC or DC voltage /current as well as automatically selecting the correct variable to measure. Further features include Bluetooth connectivity to a smart device via the Testo Smart Probes App, a back lit two line display, Min/Max and data hold providing a comprehensive analysis of an objects performance.

Testo 552i Wireless Bluetooth Vacuum Smart Probe

The Testo 570s Vacuum kit with hoses includes two Testo 552i app controlled wireless vacuum probes, allowing users to quickly identify vacuum by graphical display in the app or on the digital manifold screen. users can be alerted of critical values using the app. Automatic connection via Bluetooth® to the smart app or digital manifold. The integrated 45º angle allows easy installation at any service port.

The single service port of the 552i allows for simple measurement of system evacuations. The Testo 552i has a robust housing providing users with an IP54 rated probe, offering protection from water and dust ingress.

Testo 115i Clamp Temperature Probe

The Testo 115i Clamp Temperature Probe allows users to measure temperature on refrigeration, air conditioning and heating systems and wirelessly transfer data to a smart device. When used alongside the Testo 570s, the 115i can calculate individual refrigeration system parameters. The 115i can also be used to measure flow and return temperatures.

Measurement data can be analysed and transferred to the Smart Probes App with measuring points can up to 100m apart thanks to the Bluetooth® range

Testo Smart App and Smart Probe App

The Testo 570s Smart Digital Manifold Vacuum Kit and Clamp Meter is compatible with the Testo Smart App which allows the operator to view anomalies that can to be detected quickly and reliably. Documentation and transfer of data is quick and easy using Bluetooth connectivity. Users are able conduct remote operation or use a smart device as a second screen. Users can digitally create reports complete with photos as PDF/CSV files on site and forward them via email straight away to customers or colleagues.

The Testo Smart Probes App can be downloaded for free from the App Store or Google Play and works with all instruments in the Testo Smart Probes range. The App displays real-time readings on screen for a whole range of variables. Up to six Smart Probes can work in tandem and information can be saved in Excel or as a .pdf report (including pictures). Advanced analysis is available and the Testo Smart Probes range represents a major advance in system inspection and evaluation.
