• Three 1.5 m long: (blue, red, yellow) with 7/16‘‘ UNF (straight and 45° angle)
• One 55/275 bar, (yellow) with 5/8‘‘ UNF, 40/205 bar (straight and 45° angle)

Testo 570s Smart Digital Manifold

The Testo 570s Smart Digital Manifold is Bluetooth enabled manifold with a four way valve block providing an optimal solution for long term measurements on refrigeration, air conditioning systems and heat pumps. The Testo 570s can also be used with A3 and A2L refrigerants. All measurement data can be viewed at a glance and a graphically thanks to the large display.

The Testo 570s allows users to measure temperature from -50ºC to 150ºC with an accuracy of ±1.3˚C (-20˚C to 85˚C) and measuring pressure from -1 to 60 bar with a high level of accuracy of ±0.25% fs, providing users with a tester for short and long term data measurements.

The Testo 570s allows for up to 360 hours of run time with rechargeable batteries (USB-C) with a large data memory for measurement. The battery life is further preserved by the auto off function after ten minutes of inactivity.

The Testo 570s is IP54 rated provides protection from dust and water ingress, with the included transport case the Testo 570s is suitable for use even in challenging environments.

Testo 552i Wireless Bluetooth Vacuum Smart Probe

The Testo 570s Vacuum kit with hoses includes two Testo 552i app controlled wireless vacuum probes, allowing users to quickly identify vacuum by graphical display in the app or on the digital manifold screen. users can be alerted of critical values using the app. Automatic connection via Bluetooth® to the smart app or digital manifold. The integrated 45º angle allows easy installation at any service port.

The single service port of the 552i allows for simple measurement of system evacuations. The probe is IP54 rated providing a robust housing and offering protection from water and dust ingress.

Testo 115i Clamp Temperature Probe

The Testo 115i allows users to measure temperature on refrigeration, air conditioning and heating systems and wirelessly transfer data to a smart device. When used alongside the Testo 570s, The 115i can calculate individual refrigeration system parameters. The 115i can also be used to measure flow and return temperatures.

Measurement data can be analysed and transferred to the Smart Probes App. Measuring points can up to 100m apart thanks to the Bluetooth® range

Testo Smart App and Smart Probe App

The Testo 570s Smart Digital MAnifold is compatible with the Testo Smart App, which allows the operator to view anomalies to be detected quickly and reliably. Data documentation and transfer is quick and easy using the app. Users are able conduct remote operation or use the second a smart device as a second screen. Users van digitally create reports complete with photos as PDF/CSV files on site and forward them via email straight away to customers or colleagues.

The Testo Smart Probes App can be downloaded for free from the App Store or Google Play and works with all instruments in the Testo Smart Probes range. The App displays real-time readings on screen for a whole range of variables. Up to six Smart Probes can work in tandem and information can be saved in Excel or as a .pdf report (including pictures). Advanced analysis is available and the Testo Smart Probes range represents a major advance in system inspection and evaluation.
