The Testo 755-2 Current and Voltage Tester is an advanced voltage tester (6 to 1000V AC/DC) which measures current (0.1 to 200A AC) and resistance (1Ω to 100kΩ) in addition to performing continuity testing (<50Ω). The device can also perform advanced measurements like rotating magnetic field testing and single pole phase testing (both within a range of 100 to 690V AC at 50/60Hz). Results are all shown on the device’s clear LCD display.

Using the Testo 755-2 is straightforward thanks to its automatic measurement parameter detection which eliminates the possibility of taking measurements with the wrong settings. This makes inspections safer and more reliable. Moreover, the open-jaw clamp automatically switches on when it detects a voltage of over 6V so human error is negated on several levels. The integrated torch illuminates the measurement points which is especially useful when working in dark locations such as wiring cabinets.

Measuring tips are easily exchangeable so the user can maintain and update the Testo 755-2 without any problems. The device is certified to the latest standard (EN 61243-3:2010) and comes with measuring tips and batteries.
