Testo 805 Infrared Thermometer

The Testo 805 Infrared Thermometer measures surface temperature from -25˚C to 250˚C with a best accuracy of ±1˚C and a reading resolution of 0.1˚C. The non-contact measurement uses a distance-to-spot ratio of 1:1 so there is no need for hazardous contact with very hot surfaces such as deep fat fryers. The measurement capabilities make the thermometer ideal for the catering sector.

A clear digital display shows temperature readings plus the battery level and it has a hold function which will freeze a reading on screen. A specific scan mode allows long-term measurement - ideal for measuring a whole palette or refrigeration facility - and the Testo 805 is even capable of showing minimum and maximum readings.

The compact design of the Testo 805 makes it very useful for professionals in the catering sector as it fits easily into the user’s pocket. The battery lasts for roughly 40 hours which adds another practical aspect. The optional TopSafe protective case is dishwasher safe and can therefore meet the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness with an IP65 ingress protection rating.
