The kit comes with the TPI DC710 Smart Flue Gas Analyser, a smart device that has advanced features for flue gas analysis plus the ability to communicate wirelessly to the user’s smartphone. The TPI DC710 measures carbon monoxide from 0 to 10,000ppm, oxygen from 0 to 25%, and temperatures from -50°C up to 1000°C, then calculates key combustion values including CO₂, air-free CO, excess air and combustion efficiency using these measurements to give a clear picture of appliance performance and safety.

Rather than using a built-in screen, the DC710 communicates wirelessly via Bluetooth to your smartphone using the TPI View app. Readings are displayed directly on your phone, allowing you to position the analyser close to the combustion source while users are able to monitor results from a safer, more convenient location. This approach removes the need for long hoses and awkward viewing angles, while also enabling on-site report creation and secure storage of test data on your device. Built for everyday site work, the DC710 features a durable, sealed housing that stands up to regular use in demanding environments. Magnets and a rear hook allow the analyser to be fixed in position during testing, freeing you up to focus on adjustments and measurements through the app.

To support indoor air quality assessments, the kit includes the TPI SP1000 Smart Ambient CO₂ Meter. This lightweight, portable instrument measures CO₂ levels from 0 to 6000ppm with 1ppm resolution and best accuracy of ±(50ppm + 3%). It connects wirelessly to your smartphone and works with the TPI Smart Probes App, making it suitable for identifying CO₂ build-up in workplaces such as offices and kitchens. A long battery life of up to 30 hours supports extended surveys without frequent recharging. Pressure testing is handled by the SP620 Dual Input Differential Pressure Meter. With a pressure range of -150mbar to 150mbar, fine 0.01mbar resolution and Bluetooth connectivity, it displays results directly on your phone using the free TPI app. Measurement data can be exported in CSV format, supporting further analysis or record keeping once you are back off-site.

Temperature sampling within flues, on the other hand, is carried out using the TPI A770 Water Stop Sampling Probe. Its 250mm by 6mm shaft allows access into flues, while the Type K thermocouple connection offers wide compatibility. A comfortable moulded handle improves usability, and the integrated water trap and particle filter help protect the analyser from damaging moisture and debris. The probe is compatible with several TPI flue gas analysers, making it a practical addition for users with existing TPI equipment.

All components are supplied in a robust carry case with three compartments and a shoulder strap, making transport and organisation easy. The kit is designed to work with most existing TPI accessories, allowing you to integrate it into your current setup without a hassle.
