Anton Sprint Pro1 Multifunction Flue Gas Analyser
The Anton Sprint Pro1 Multifunction Flue Gas Analyser is capable of measuring carbon monoxide, oxygen, and temperature as well as calculating combustion efficiency, CO/CO2 ratio and carbon dioxide level. It is ideal for those working with oil-burning combustion systems and commissioning new boilers.
Operation of the Anton Sprint Pro1 is undertaken through intuitive, easily navigated menus and readings are displayed on the clear digital screen. Large push buttons make the instrument easy to use during inspections, and the screen also displays prompts and warnings to assist during the inspection process.
The Anton Sprint Pro1 is specifically designed for use in challenging conditions and boasts a robust, ergonomic construction. Furthermore, the new condensate trap is easy to empty and more reliable as it includes a washable particulate filter. This double condensate protection helps prevent damaging ingress into the analyser.
Charging is undertaken via a USB charging point, which also allows connection to a printer as necessary. The Anton Sprint Pro1 comes supplied with an Anton service bag, flue gas probe, USB charger with a lead, a spare dust filter and a calibration certificate.
Double Condensate Trap
One of the most impressive features of the new Anton Sprint Pro Flue Gas Analyser range is the double condensate trap that prevents moisture from reaching the analyser pump and causing downtime. A moisture filter in the condensate trap prevents ingress towards the analyser, and double protection is provided by a second filter at the click-in connection. The trap is robustly designed and very quick and easy to empty. Additionally, the particle filter has been switched from paper to foam so it can be quickly dried on the spot without necessitating a second filter.
