Anton Sprint Pro1 Multifunction Flue Gas Analyser Kit
The Anton Sprint Pro1 Multifunction Flue Gas Analyser Reporting Kit contains an ideal instrument for engineers who work on commissioning boilers with a particular focus on oil-fired systems. It can measure CO, O2, and temperature whilst also providing calculated values for combustion efficiency, CO/CO2 ratio, and CO2 level.
It is very easy to operate the Anton Sprint Pro1 thanks to the intuitive menus that are accessed via a clear colour screen. Prompts and tips are displayed on the screen whilst navigation is performed using the large push buttons.
The sturdy construction of the Anton Sprint Pro1 makes it suitable for a wide range of different challenging conditions in the field. It has double protection for water ingress and includes a washable particulate filter.
Various other accessories are provided with the Anton Sprint Pro1 Kit. In terms of probes, there is a flue probe with a water condensate filter and a pipe clamp temperature probe, whilst a USB charger and communications lead are provided to charge the unit from the mains and vehicles. Notably, it comes with a wireless infrared printer to produce instant hard copies of results on-site. Additional accessories include an Anton service bag, spare dust filter, and calibration certificate.
Double Condensate Trap
One of the most impressive features of the new Anton Sprint Pro Flue Gas Analyser range is the double condensate trap that prevents moisture from reaching the analyser pump and causing downtime. A moisture filter in the condensate trap prevents ingress towards the analyser, and double protection is provided by a second filter at the click-in connection. The trap is robustly designed and very quick and easy to empty. Additionally, the particle filter has been switched from paper to foam so it can be quickly dried on the spot without necessitating a second filter.
