Anton Sprint Pro2 Multifunction Flue Gas Analyser
The Anton Sprint Pro2 Multifunction Flue Gas Analyser offers a range of measurement and calculation functions for boilers and other combustion systems. Compatible measurement parameters include carbon monoxide, oxygen, temperature, and pressure. The analyser is also capable of performing let by & tightness tests as well as calculating CO2 content, CO2/CO ratio, and combustion efficiency. Additionally, the analyser is capable of working with an optional combustible gas leak detector.
The Anton Sprint Pro2 is operated using the intuitive menus that are accessible through the digital colour screen. The large push buttons are easy to operate, even when wearing gloves, and it is compatible with the Sprint Pro PC software for Windows operating systems. In order to further help the user, useful prompts and tips are shown on the screen when appropriate.
As a professional flue gas analyser, the Anton Sprint Pro2 has a robust build that can withstand the challenges of day-to-day use. Notably, the condensate trap and double protection for water ingress help protect the analyser from corrosion and wear.
The Anton Sprint Pro2 has a simple click-in flue probe connector and is supplied with a flue gas probe as standard. The built-in CO sensor has over-range protection, and other supplied accessories include a USB charger, Anton Sprint Service Bag, standard pressure hose, dust filter and calibration certificate.
Double Condensate Trap
One of the most impressive features of the new Anton Sprint Pro Flue Gas Analyser range is the double condensate trap that prevents moisture from reaching the analyser pump and causing downtime. A moisture filter in the condensate trap prevents ingress towards the analyser, and double protection is provided by a second filter at the click-in connection. The trap is robustly designed and very quick and easy to empty. Additionally, the particle filter has been switched from paper to foam so it can be quickly dried on the spot without necessitating a second filter.
