Anton Sprint Pro3 Multifunction Flue Gas Analyser Reporting Kit (Kit A) includes a wireless-enabled analyser and several other useful accessories that expand and enhance its measurement capabilities. The Anton Sprint Pro3 itself measures CO, temperature, pressure and oxygen whilst providing calculated values for efficiency, CO/CO2 ratio and CO2 level. It is also capable of tightness/let by testing and gas leak detection.

As a smart flue gas analyser, the Anton Sprint Pro3 can communicate wirelessly with the user’s iOS or Android smart device when the Anton Sprint app has been installed. It is operated via an intuitive menu system and simple push buttons with all readings and menus shown on the clear colour screen. It is also possible to connect to a PC via the USB port. In addition to smart operation, the analyser is also very robust and boasts double condensate to prevent downtime.

Anton Sprint Pro3 Reporting Kit (Kit A) features a variety of probes for use on different aspects of combustion systems. Firstly, the standard flue probe is capable of taking all necessary measurements in flues, whilst twin pipe clamp temperature probes can be used to measure inflow and outflow temperatures, for example in central heating systems. A standard pressure hose and Anton ARPV release valve and hose are included for let by/tightness testing, whilst a Sprint Pro gas escape probe can be used to detect leaking hydrocarbon gases.

Alongside the range of probes, Anton Sprint Pro3 Reporting Kit (Kit A) also includes a wireless infrared printer that can print hard copies of results on site. Additionally, there is a USB charger and lead, an Anton x Velocity 2.0 Sprint Service Bag, a spare dust filter calibration certificate, a certificate of conformity and a quick start guide.

Double Condensate Trap

One of the most impressive features of the new Anton Sprint Pro Flue Gas Analyser range is the double condensate trap that prevents moisture from reaching the analyser pump and causing downtime. A moisture filter in the condensate trap prevents ingress towards the analyser, and double protection is provided by a second filter at the click-in connection. The trap is robustly designed and very quick and easy to empty. Additionally, the particle filter has been switched from paper to foam so it can be quickly dried on the spot without necessitating a second filter.

Anton Sprint Pro App

The Anton Sprint Pro App is available for Android and iOS smart devices from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store. It is capable of working with the Anton Sprint Pro Flue Gas Analyser range through wireless Bluetooth connectivity. The app allows the user to efficiently and professionally test combustion systems thanks to a wide range of report generation features, account management systems and a great choice of calculation features.
