With a versatile flue gas analyser and multiple accessories, Anton Sprint Pro5 Multifunction Flue Gas Analyser CPA1 Kit (Kit B) is ideal for various commercial applications. The Anton Sprint Pro5 itself is capable of measuring CO, O2, temperature and pressure in addition to NO as well as performing tightness/let by testing and combustible gas leak detection.

The Anton Sprint Pro5 can connect wirelessly to the user’s smartphone via the Anton Sprint Pro app or via an infrared connection to a wireless printer. A physical USB connection is also possible whilst operation is conducted using large push buttons and a clear colour screen that shows the intuitive menu system as well as readings from inspections. A tough, sturdy design makes the Anton Sprint Pro5 ideal for use in the field.

Several probes are included in Anton Sprint Pro5 CPA1 Kit (Kit B). In addition to a standard flue probe, a BS7967-compliant probe set for flueless appliances such as gas fires is also provided whilst a set of two pipe clamp temperature probes is provided for measuring inflow and outflow temperatures, for example in central heating systems. For pressure measurement, both a standard hose and APRV pressure release valve and hose set are provided whilst a combustible gas leak sensor can be used for gas leak detection.

Alongside the wide range of different probes, Anton Sprint Pro5  CPA1 Kit (Kit B) also features an battery-powered infrared printer that can print results on site. Other components of the kit include a USB charger, a USB connector lead, a spare dust filter and a calibration certificate.

Double Condensate Trap

One of the most impressive features of the new Anton Sprint Pro Flue Gas Analyser range is the double condensate trap that prevents moisture from reaching the analyser pump and causing down time. A moisture filter in the condensate trap prevents ingress towards the analyser and double protection is provided by a second filter at the click-in connection. The trap is robustly designed and very quick and easy to empty. Additionally, the particle filter has beens switched from paper to foam so it can be quickly dried on the spot without necessitating a second filter.

Anton Sprint Pro App

The Anton Sprint Pro App is available for Android and iOS smart devices from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store. It is capable of working with the Anton Sprint Pro Flue Gas Analyser range through wireless Bluetooth connectivity. The app allows the user to efficiently and professionally test combustion systems thanks to a wide range of report generation features, account management systems and a great choice of calculation features.
