BAUR KSG200 HV/LV Cable Identifier – Mains Powered (for de-energised cables only)

The BAUR KSG200 HV/LV Cable Identifier is a powerful and accurate cable identification system which can be used to identify both single and multi-core cables in a cable bundle or loom. The KSG200 reduces the risk of cutting or disrupting a live phase, which eliminates the risk of miscutting, supply failures, or unnecessary repair costs associated with accidental damage. The system comprises of both a transmitter and receiver, with intelligent electronics enabling the communication between both components.

The KSG200 offers intuitive and user-friendly operation, with the ability for it be used without extensive training for the user. It is also supplied with a transport case, which enables safe transportation and the convenient storage of all parts of the instrument. The user can be certain that the KSG200 is well protected, and will provide industry-standard results and testing operations. With protection class II, and a measurement category of CAT IV/600V, the KSG200 is also available for use on live cables as the KSG200 T. See the comparison table below for more information on the key differences between the two models.
