The FLIR i34 App-Enabled Thermal Camera is a next-generation thermal inspection camera that combines the power of apps with a high performance thermography inspection tool, which allows for scalable, intuitive, and connected asset condition monitoring. This helps users to quickly assess equipment health, streamline maintenance, and improve overall network reliability. The Flir iXX series solves issues that are often associated with traditional thermal inspections, by incorporating a high-quality, app-driven platform that can simplify inspections, standardise data, and effortlessly scale across teams and sites. Built on FLIR's advanced ACE operating system, the iXX series utilises an app-driven platform with a high performance thermal imaging camera.

The FLIR i34 utilises innovative hardware features such as a built-in worklight, laser, 8MP visual camera, and a large high-resolution touchscreen, designed to support efficient inspection and documentation. With an IR resolution of 240 x 320 pixels, and a field of view (FOV) of 38° x 49°, the i34 allows for clear communication in the field, and streamlines reporting and data sharing by automatically linking thermal images and sensor data to specific assets in your system.

Connected workflows can reduce reporting time from as much as half the job to almost nothing, which allows for concrete focus on repairs as opposed to paperwork. Work orders can be created instantly in the field to shorten Mean Time to Repair (MTTR) and improve uptime, safety, and efficiency. Diagnostic apps enable faster, smarter decisions by helping even less experienced technicians accurately assess asset conditions without extensive training. Built-in enterprise security apps ensure compliance and keep data protected behind company firewalls. Multi-sensor integration, which combines thermal, acoustic, moisture, and other data, provides a richer, more complete picture of asset health.

The FLIR i34 has an excellent thermal sensitivity of <40mK, and combines thermal and optical data with tools such as MSX imaging, picture-in-picture, and a built-in laser pointer for accurate alignment. A bright 5-inch touchscreen, onboard annotation, and multiple colour palettes make inspections clear and efficient, while Wi-Fi, USB-C, and Flir Ignite cloud connectivity simplify storage and sharing. Built for field use, the i34 is IP54 rated, drop-tested to 2m, and powered by a long-lasting rechargeable battery, making it the ideal solution for thermal diagnostics. Optional FLIR Assetlink software allows for users to increase efficiency through asset-centric data, route guidance, aiming support, inspection reports, asset health dashboards, and more. FLIR Ignite can also be used to create reports and securely store, access, and share thermal images directly from the camera, anytime, anywhere.
