Fluke 1673FC Multifunction EVSE Test Kit

Fluke 1673FC Multifunction EVSE Test Kit provides operators with the ideal kit to enable the checking of the functionality and safety of electric vehicle charging stations using the Fluke 1673FC Multifunction Tester and the Fluke FEV300 EV Charging Station Test Adaptor with Type 2 Connector.

Fluke 1673FC Multifunction Tester

The Fluke 1673FC Multifunction Tester is a realisable installation tester that allows for the safe installation of electrical installations in domestic, commercial and industrial application which meet industry standards in clouding the IEC/HD 60364-6. Boasting an ergonomic design and user friendly interface, the 1673FC is a reliable and simple to use multifunction tester.

The additional high current loop mode ensures faster measurements than loop tests with non trip mode for RCD protected circuits. Trip time and current for RCD types AC, A and F can all be completed in one test and smooth DC sensitive RCDs type B and B+ also tested. The Fluke 1673FC when used alongside the Fluke FEV300 allows for the complete testing of EV charging stations with 6mA DC RCD testing of charging points also been able to be conducted using the adaptor.

Boasting wireless connection, the 1673FC is compatible with both the Fluke Connect App and Fluke Cloud for wirelessly syncing measurement data and storage of test results. With the Fluke Connect App, data entry can be eliminated potentially reducing documentation and reporting time by up to 50% when saving test measurements directly from the tester and associating the with the correct job order, report and assist record. Using the app, historical and current measurements that are associated with an asset can be viewed and the data shared via ShareLive video calls or emails. Images and notes can be attached to provide detailed visual inspection reports. Further features of the app include the ability to synchronise data between other other Fluke Connect enabled devices and test points to further enhance the indication of facility health.

The Auto test function of the Fluke 1673FC enables the complete installation test sequence to be completed at the press of a button with an integrated help function offering users a visual connection guide. Automatic measurement function with a user defined limit warning and offers an immediate pass/fail indication by comparing the test results to the required industry standards. The removal of manual testing and the automating measurement validation enables tests to be performed up to 30% faster, giving you more time to focus on other critical tasks and increased productivity.

Fluke FEV300 EV Charging Station Test Adaptor with Type 2 Connector

The Fluke FEV300 EV Charging Station Test Adaptor with Type 2 Connector when used alongside the Fluke 1673FC Multifunction Tester allows a user to test the performance and safety of electric vehicle charging points. With the adaptor imitating an electric vehicle opening a charging cycle, activating voltage and current output. The user is able to perform tests on charging stations in accordance with IEC/EN 61851-1 and IEC/HD 60364-7-722 standards.

Using the the FEV300 alongside the 1673FC tester allows for a number of tests to conducted including: PE Pre-Test, Proximity Pilot (PP) State, Control Pilot (CP) State and phase indication test. The FEV300 boasts a number of terminals L1, L2, L3, N, and PE allowing for the user to connect Fluke measurement instruments with the CP signal output terminal allowing for the user to check the communication between the adaptor and charging station.
