The Testo 300 LL Flue Gas Analyser is a highly sophisticated piece of kit designed for testing and commissioning commercial boilers and other combustion systems. It boasts a huge range of different measurement and calculation functions which makes it suitable for a wide array of applications.

The Testo 300 LL can measure O2 (0 to 21%), CO (0 to 4000ppm), NO (optional, can be retrofitted; 0 to 3000ppm), draught (-9.99mbar to 40mbar), pressure (-100mbar to 200mbar), and temperature (-40˚C to 1200˚C). The CO measurement function is particularly advanced as it has an H2-compensated sensor which, with dilution, gives a measurement range of 0 to 30,000ppm. Additionally, the analyser can measure ambient carbon monoxide with an internal sensor (0 to 2000ppm) or external probe (0 to 500ppm). In terms of value calculation, the analyser offers figures for CO2 (0 to CO2 max.), efficiency (Eta; 0 to 120%), flue gas loss (0 to 99.9%) and combustion ratio.

The advanced interface of the Testo 300 LL makes it extremely easy to use before, during, and after inspections. Live readings are shown in list form on the analyser’s 5” colour touchscreen or in graphical format over time with the settings fully customisable for the user. Operation is conducted via intuitive menus that allow fast, efficient testing. It is also possible to save up to one million results to the internal memory alongside a full address book with details of the combustion systems at the client’s premises.

The user can produce instant analysis and reports from the Testo 300 LL and then send those via e-mail using the wireless WLAN connection. PDFs can even be stored in the memory as a backup and Testo interface technology allows the analyser to work with a wide range of different software packages.

Despite its highly advanced technology, the Testo 300 LL has retained the rugged construction of other Testo flue gas analysers. The scratch-resistant touchscreen is set back in the body and covered by a protective film whilst the bolted body is highly resistant to impacts. Strong magnets on the rear of the analyser mean it can be securely placed on a metal surface during work.

The Testo flexible probe matrix means that the Testo 300 LL can be used for a very diverse range of applications. The probes from previous models such as the Testo 320 and 330 can be used with the analyser and the supplied modular flue probe handle is compatible with a wide range of different flue probes. The instrument and sensors are covered by a four-year warranty.
