Testo 417 Vane Anemometer
With a sizeable 100mm vane, the Testo 417 Vane Anemometer is the perfect instrument for measuring the performance of heating, ventilation and air-conditioning thanks to its ability to measure air flow speed, volume flow and air temperature. The vane measures windspeed from 0.3m/s to 20m/s (thereby calculating volume flow from 0 to 99999m3/h) whilst the NTC air temperature sensor range goes from 0 to +50℃ and comes equipped with a 100mm vane to ensure results are quickly calculated
The Testo 417 automatically detects air-flow direction and shows results clearly on its backlit LCD screen. Both volume flow and flow speed are shown once the user has input the duct area and there is also the option to toggle between air flow speed and air temperature. The device has advanced measurement features mean and allows for timed point average calculation.
Overall, the Testo 417’s high degree of accuracy and advanced measurement features make it perfect for HVAC applications whilst the user also benefits from the screen’s clarity and a 2-year warranty.
