Kane 975 Industrial Flue Gas Analyser

Please note that this product has now been discontinued, replaced by the Kane 988 Industrial Flue Gas Analyser.

The Kane 975 Industrial Flue Gas Analyser incorporates a suite of incredible features in conjunction with impressive practicality. It is the ideal tool for applications concerning larger installations, commissioning, industrial or commercial oil and gas or biomass appliances. The analyser is fully capable of measuring up to seven gasses and is compatible with the following fuel types:

  • Natural Gas (x2)
  • Wood Pellets
  • Kinsale Gas
  • Heavy oil
  • LPG
  • Coal
  • Town Gas
  • Bio Gas
  • Gascor
  • Propane
  • User fuel (x5)
  • Anthracite
  • LPG
  • Butane
  • Coke
  • 28 sec oil

Brandishing a capacity to measure 0₂ at 0 - 21%, the Kane 975 can accurately perform combustion performance and efficiency checks. Additionally it can perform CO safety inspections at 0 - 10,000ppm either within a room or around an appliance. Exchange the standard C0 sensor of the Kane 975 with a high range sensor for the ability to measure C0 at 0 - 20%, further these testing capabilities by selecting up to 5 supplementary sensors (SOLD SEPARATELY):

  • CO₂: Range 0-20%
  • NO: Range 0-5,000ppm
  • NO₂: Range 0-1,000ppm
  • SO₂: Range 0-100ppm or 0-5,000ppm
  • H₂S: Range 0-200ppm

The Kane 975 can be tasked with measuring the differential pressure, inlet, flue gas or differential and ambient temperatures where necessary. Moreover, the Kane 975 is designed to calculate an array of conditions; CO₂ at 0-99%, excess air, NOx (if NO sensor fitted) and CO/CO₂ ratio are all within the analyser's ability. A high suction double head pump provides the ideal solution for high stack pressure in large chimneys, whilst the Kane 975 can be outfitted to an even greater extent with a C0₂ Infra-red sensor, featuring a range of 0-20%. Each individual sensor of the Kane 975 is safe-guarded by a built in over-range protector ensuring consistently reliable results.

All of the aforementioned Kane 975 abilities are accessible through an intuitive user keypad and large ergonomic buttons which combine to create a user friendly interface. The large, full colour and fully customisable graphic display allows for real time trending and emission monitoring, with the ability to view four parameters simultaneously. Store up to 8,000 results before transferring them to a PC, or download the KANE LIVE app for android which, when used in combination with the low energy wireless module provided, allows for the management of results on a personal smart device. Print the results with a customisable header via the Infra-red printer link, never fearing a loss of power as the long life battery can be charged during use.

The highly accessible Kane 975 is supplied with a teflon-lined flue probe, pressure connectors, charger, quick reference guide, calibration report and padded waterproof case.
