Kewtech KT66EVA Multifunction Tester and EVSE Adaptor Kit
The Kewtech KT66EVA Multifunction Tester and EVSE Adaptor Kit features the Kewtech KT66DL Multifunction Tester and the Kewtech KEWEVA EV Charge Point Testing Adaptor with wireless connection for a complete solution for EV charge point commissioning. Electrical safety can be tested alongside full EVSE testing including EV testing with Type B RCDs and 6mA residual current devices in both TN or TT configurations.
Kewtech KT66DL 12-in-1 Multifunction Tester
The KT66DL 12 in 1 Multifunction Tester is built for domestic, commercial and industrial installations. Both 2 and 3 wire low current test options of loop testing can be completed
- Two continuity tests 200mA & 15mA
- Insulation: 4 test voltages, resistance bar graph & DAR / PI functionality
- Hi Current Loop: 25A 0.001 Ohm resolution & 6A 0.01 Ohm resolution
- Lo Current Loop: Two options 3 wire & 2 wire
- PSC
- PFC with a range of 50KA
- RCD: Tests Type AC, ACS, A, AS, F, B, BS & EV
- Volts: UC contact voltage test
- Earth Resistance: 3 and 2 wire options
- SPD testing with both DC and AC breakdown voltage displayed with a range of 1000V

The KT66DL boasts a 3.5" LCD dot matrix display with a single rotary dial and four function keys for a user friendly interface. Simultaneously on screen, users can view all auto tests at once without the need to navigate multiple menus. The KT66DL has three modes for starting a test, Single button press testing, lockdown test button for continuous testing and the alternate set button featured in the additional probe. The type of test can be signed, circuit number and DB to test results can all be spared on the internal memory. The KT66DL is CAT IV 300V and CAT III 600V rated to fully comply with IEC safety standards. The KT66DL can simultaneously display L-N, L-N and L-E voltages (TRMS) and show Max Zs tables for both old and current standards.
Kewtech KEWEVA EV Charge Point Testing Adaptor
The Kewtech KEWEVA EV Charge Point Testing Adaptor with its simple single dial operation to control the CP status is designed with the operator in mind. By simulating the presence of a car, the KEWEVA can test the functionality of an EV charging station. The KEWEVA automatically checks the control pilot errors and a low resistance design ensures the high-test quality loop measurements with no cable attached to negotiate whilst testing.
The KEWEVA yes standard 4mm connectors that are rated at 10A for testing purposes and is suitable for both single and three phase charging equipment. The red LEDs indicate the live status per phase and separate LEDs indicate when voltage is applied to output connectors. The adapter incorporates an IEC 62196-2 type 2 connector for EV charging units and has a type 2 male connector for EVSE connection.
