Megger TC640 Thermal Imaging Camera
The Megger TC640 Thermal Imaging Camera is a high-performance handheld infrared thermal camera designed for demanding inspection and diagnostic applications. Built for engineers, thermographers and professional technicians, it provides detailed thermal images for identifying subtle temperature differences and locating developing faults before they become more serious.
With a 640 x 480 infrared detector and super resolution up to 1280 x 960, the TC640 delivers clear, detailed thermal imaging for professional inspection work. It also features a 13MP visible light camera, allowing users to capture visual reference images alongside thermal data for clearer documentation and reporting.
The TC640 offers infrared, visible light, picture-in-picture and multi-image fusion modes, giving users flexible ways to view, compare and analyse inspection results. Manual, semi-auto, touch autofocus and continuous autofocus modes help keep images sharp across a range of environments, while the integrated laser range finder and dual spotlight illuminators support accurate targeting in the field.
For workflow and reporting, the Megger TC640 includes USB-C and Wi-Fi connectivity, built-in software for image editing, analysis and direct PDF report creation, plus support for the ThermoLink PC app and Thermography mobile app. With IP54 protection, 2m drop resistance, interchangeable rechargeable batteries and a rugged Android-based platform, the TC640 is designed for regular professional use in demanding industrial environments.
