The Anton Sprint Pro4 Multifunction Flue Gas Analyser measures variables such as carbon monoxide, oxygen content, temperature and pressure. Additionally, it can calculate carbon dioxide levels, CO/CO2 ratio, and combustion efficiency as well as performing tightness and let by tests. One of the standout features of this analyser is its ambient CO and CO2 measurement feature that is ideal for COMCAT and CMDDA1 investigations whilst it is also capable of detecting leaking hydrocarbon gases.

The Anton Sprint Pro4 has wireless connectivity which means that the user can communicate with the analyser from their Android or iOS smartphone as long as they have downloaded the Anton Sprint app. The USB port allows a physical communication to the user’s PC. The flue gas analyser is operated using large push buttons and an intuitive menu system that can be easily used even when wearing gloves. Menus are shown on the large colour screen.

A sturdy design makes the Anton Sprint Pro4 suitable for day-to-day use in the field. It has double condensate protection with a moisture trap that is very easy to empty as and when required. The secure click function on the analyser means that probes can be simply and easily interchanged in the field.

Various accessories are supplied with the Anton Sprint Pro4 including a standard flue gas probe, a carry case, a USB charger & lead, a gas escape probe, a standard pressure hose, a dust filter and a calibration certificate.

Double Condensate Trap

One of the most impressive features of the new Anton Sprint Pro Flue Gas Analyser range is the double condensate trap that prevents moisture from reaching the analyser pump and causing down time. A moisture filter in the condensate trap prevents ingress towards the analyser and double protection is provided by a second filter at the click-in connection. The trap is robustly designed and very quick and easy to empty. Additionally, the particle filter has beens switched from paper to foam so it can be quickly dried on the spot without necessitating a second filter.

Anton Sprint Pro App

The Anton Sprint Pro App is available for Android and iOS smart devices from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store. It is capable of working with the Anton Sprint Pro Flue Gas Analyser range through wireless Bluetooth connectivity. The app allows the user to efficiently and professionally test combustion systems thanks to a wide range of report generation features, account management systems and a great choice of calculation features.
