Anton Sprint Pro4 Multifunction Flue Gas Analyser CPA1 Kit (Kit B)
Anton Sprint Pro4 Multifunction Flue Gas Analyser CPA1 Kit (Kit B) is a versatile kit that is particularly suited to COMCAT and CMDDA1 inspections. The Anton Sprint Pro4 analyser can carry out direct measurement of ambient CO and CO2 in addition to performing standard flue measurements (CO, O2, temperature, pressure) and calculations (efficiency, ratio, CO2). It is also capable of tightness/let by testing and gas leak detection.
The wireless capability of the Anton Sprint Pro4 allows it to communicate with an iOS or Android smart device via the Anton Sprint Pro app, whilst physical data transfer via a USB cable is also possible. Operation is conducted using the large push buttons and intuitive menus that are shown on the clear, colour, digital screen. Robust construction and protection from water ingress make the analyser suited to challenging conditions in the field.
Anton Sprint Pro4 CPA1 Kit (Kit B) includes a range of probes, including a standard flue gas probe, a probe set for flueless appliances, a pair of pipe clamp temperature probes, a gas leak detection probe, a standard pressure hose and a pressure relief valve with an additional hose.
The kit also contains a printer which can communicate with the Anton Sprint Pro4 over a wireless infrared connection and is useful on site thanks to its rechargeable battery. The kit and all its contents can be stored in the Anton Sprint Service Bag, whilst a USB charger, lead, spare dust filter and calibration certificate are also included.
Double Condensate Trap
One of the most impressive features of the new Anton Sprint Pro Flue Gas Analyser range is the double condensate trap that prevents moisture from reaching the analyser pump and causing downtime. A moisture filter in the condensate trap prevents ingress towards the analyser, and double protection is provided by a second filter at the click-in connection. The trap is robustly designed and very quick and easy to empty. Additionally, the particle filter has been switched from paper to foam so it can be quickly dried on the spot without necessitating a second filter.
Anton Sprint Pro App
The Anton Sprint Pro App is available for Android and iOS smart devices from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store. It is capable of working with the Anton Sprint Pro Flue Gas Analyser range through wireless Bluetooth connectivity. The app allows the user to efficiently and professionally test combustion systems thanks to a wide range of report generation features, account management systems and a great choice of calculation features.
