Anton Sprint Pro4 Multifunction Flue Gas Analyser Reporting Kit (Kit A)
Anton Sprint Pro4 Multifunction Flue Gas Analyser Reporting Kit (Kit A) contains a range of useful accessories plus a versatile Anton Sprint Pro4 Flue Gas Analyser. The analyser is capable of measuring variables such as CO, O2, temperature and pressure as well as calculating CO2 content, CO/CO2 ratio, and efficiency. Additionally, it can perform a range of tests, including tightness/let by, gas leak detection, and direct ambient CO and CO2 measurement, ideal for COMCAT and CMDDA1 inspections.
The Anton Sprint Pro4 has a wireless communication feature that allows it to link up with the user’s iOS or Android smart device (requires the Anton Sprint Pro app). Otherwise, it is operated by a set of large push buttons with an intuitive menu system displayed on the large colour screen. A USB port is used for charging and data transfer, whilst a sturdy construction with double protection from condensate ensures the analyser is suited to the rigours of regular use.
Several probes are included in Anton Sprint Pro4 Reporting Kit (Kit A0. Firstly, a standard flue gas probe can be used for measuring variables inside the flue, whilst twin pipe clamp temperature probes measure inflow and outflow temperature, for example in central heating systems. The kit also contains a gas leak sensor, a standard pressure hose and an Anton APRV pressure relief valve and hose set.
In addition to the probe set, Anton Sprint Pro4 Kit A features a wireless, battery-powered infrared printer that can be used for creating hard copies of results on site. Furthermore, there is a useful Anton Sprint Service Bag with room for the analyser and all accessories, as well as a USB charger and lead set, a spare dust filter, and a calibration certificate.
Double Condensate Trap
One of the most impressive features of the new Anton Sprint Pro Flue Gas Analyser range is the double condensate trap that prevents moisture from reaching the analyser pump and causing downtime. A moisture filter in the condensate trap prevents ingress towards the analyser, and double protection is provided by a second filter at the click-in connection. The trap is robustly designed and very quick and easy to empty. Additionally, the particle filter has been switched from paper to foam so it can be quickly dried on the spot without necessitating a second filter.
Anton Sprint Pro App
The Anton Sprint Pro App is available for Android and iOS smart devices from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store. It is capable of working with the Anton Sprint Pro Flue Gas Analyser range through wireless Bluetooth connectivity. The app allows the user to efficiently and professionally test combustion systems thanks to a wide range of report generation features, account management systems and a great choice of calculation features.
