Anton Sprint Pro6 Multifunction Flue Gas Analyser
The Anton Sprint Pro6 Multifunction Flue Gas Analyser is Anton’s premium flue gas analysis instrument that measures a wide range of variables, including temperature, pressure, O2, CO and NO. It also provides calculated values such as CO2, CO/CO2 ratio and combustion efficiency, as well as performing let by and tightness testing. Additionally, the Anton Sprint Pro6 can directly measure ambient CO and CO2 levels as well as detect combustible gas leaks.
Wireless communication on the Anton Sprint Pro6 allows it to communicate with the user’s iOS or Android smartphone (Anton Sprint Pro app required), whilst the USB port can be used to carry out direct transfers to a PC. Operation is conducted through the analyser’s large push buttons and intuitive menus.
The Anton Sprint Pro6 has an extremely robust construction, which means that it is ideally suited for use in the field. In particular, double protection against condensate ingress and a condensate trap design which is very easy to empty provides comprehensive protection against water damage. An overrange sensor helps prevent damage to the CO sensor.
A range of accessories is supplied with the Anton Sprint Pro6. A regular flue gas probe allows the user to take measurements in flues, and there is also a USB charger and lead set, an Anton Sprint Service Bag, a gas leak sensor, a standard pressure hose, a spare dust filter and a calibration certificate.
Double Condensate Trap
One of the most impressive features of the new Anton Sprint Pro Flue Gas Analyser range is the double condensate trap that prevents moisture from reaching the analyser pump and causing downtime. A moisture filter in the condensate trap prevents ingress towards the analyser, and double protection is provided by a second filter at the click-in connection. The trap is robustly designed and very quick and easy to empty. Additionally, the particle filter has been switched from paper to foam so it can be quickly dried on the spot without necessitating a second filter.
Anton Sprint Pro App
The Anton Sprint Pro App is available for Android and iOS smart devices from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store. It is capable of working with the Anton Sprint Pro Flue Gas Analyser range through wireless Bluetooth connectivity. The app allows the user to efficiently and professionally test combustion systems thanks to a wide range of report generation features, account management systems and a great choice of calculation features.
