Anton Sprint Pro6 Multifunction Flue Gas Analyser Reporting Kit (Kit A)
The Anton Sprint Pro6 Multifunction Flue Gas Analyser Reporting Kit (Kit A) is an extremely versatile flue gas analysis option thanks to the highly advanced Anton Sprint Pro6 and an array of useful accessories. In particular, it is suitable for commercial applications and COMCAT/CMDDA1 inspections.
The Anton Sprint Pro6 Multifunction Flue Gas Analyser is capable of measuring a wide range of variables, including CO, O2, temperature, pressure and NO, as well as calculating values such as CO2 level, CO/CO2 ratio and combustion efficiency. Notably, it is also possible to conduct a tightness/let by test as well as directly measuring ambient CO and CO2 via an IR sensor.
As a smart instrument, the Anton Sprint Pro6 can communicate with the user’s smartphone via a wireless connection (Anton Smart Pro app is required). Furthermore, it has IR connectivity with a portable printer and a USB port for charging and connecting to a PC. The intuitive menu-based operation system and large push buttons make the analyser easy to use, whilst a robust design with a double condensate trap prevents damaging water ingress.
A wide range of different probes is supplied with the Anton Sprint Pro6 Reporting Kit (Kit A). There is a standard flue gas probe suitable for taking readings from flues, and a pair of pipe clamp temperature probes allows for differential temperature measurement on both inflow and outflow types. Additionally, a combustible gas leak sensor is also included. Plus a standard pressure hose, APRV pressure release valve and hose set are included for leak testing.
Other accessories in Anton Sprint Pro6 Reporting Kit (Kit A) include an Anton Sprint Service Bag, USB charger and communications lead, and a spare dust filter. There is also a portable, battery-powered infrared printer that can be used to create hard copies on site.
Double Condensate Trap
One of the most impressive features of the new Anton Sprint Pro Flue Gas Analyser range is the double condensate trap that prevents moisture from reaching the analyser pump and causing downtime. A moisture filter in the condensate trap prevents ingress towards the analyser, and double protection is provided by a second filter at the click-in connection. The trap is robustly designed and very quick and easy to empty. Additionally, the particle filter has been switched from paper to foam so it can be quickly dried on the spot without necessitating a second filter.
Anton Sprint Pro App
The Anton Sprint Pro App is available for Android and iOS smart devices from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store. It is capable of working with the Anton Sprint Pro Flue Gas Analyser range through wireless Bluetooth connectivity. The app allows the user to efficiently and professionally test combustion systems thanks to a wide range of report generation features, account management systems and a great choice of calculation features.
