The Protimeter MMS3 Moisture Meter Survey Kit is the complete moisture measurement package for the home surveying professional. This option takes the chosen accessories of the MMS3 Basic Survey Kit (HygroStick, 5” deep wall probe, extension lead) and adds further functionality with the addition of an external surface temperature sensor and hard carry case.

The MMS3 represents the latest in moisture meter technology. This meter boasts invasive and non-invasive measurement functionality, with the integrated top-mounted pins for surface analysis and sensitivity mode able to detect moisture 19-120mm below surface materials. The easy-to-use GUI in displayed through a large 2.4” colour TFT screen, while the single-handed design philosophy makes the unit comfortable and convenient to use. The MMS3 can manually or automatically store up to 10,000 date and timestamped data records, viewable through the integrated file viewer mode and exportable to PC.

The plug-in surface temperature probe included with the Survey Kit allows for a higher degree of accuracy than the built-in IR laser thermometer feature. This plug-in attachment is particularly useful for ensuring accurate dew point calculations when considering condensation during building surveying. As included with the Basic Survey Kit, this kit also comes with the HygroStick sensor for high humidity applications, 5” deep wall probe for deeper invasive measurements and the Hygrostick/QuikStick extension cable. Finally, this kit can be stored and transported safely with the addition of the hard carry case, providing increased protection to the meter and all accessories.

Hygro/Quik Exn Lead - extension leads for the Hygrostick and QuikStick hygrometer attachments/humidity sensor

HD hammer electrode - external moisture probe used for obtaining sub-surface moisture measurement of wood.

4x Hammer pins - spare pin electrodes for the hammer electrode.

Deep wall probes - external probe designed to be inserted into pre drilled holes in order to obtain moisture measurements within solid and composite walls.
