Protimeter MMS3 Moisture Meter Basic Survey Kit

The Protimeter MMS3 Moisture Meter Basic Survey Kit includes the MMS3 Complete Moisture Measurement System with Wireless Capability and adds several vital accessories to make it the perfect tool for basic building surveying requirements.

The MMS3 provides pin moisture measurement for surface analysis, in addition to non-invasive sub-surface moisture measurement through the integrated sensitivity mode, with a 19mm-120mm depth detection range. The instrument possesses storage for up to 10,000 date and timestamped records through automatic or manual logging, with the additional choice of cloud storage through live data streaming in the Protimeter mobile app. Surface temperature calculations are available through the built-in IR laser pointer thermometer.

The significant additions of this kit are the inclusion of the HygroStick sensor and the 5” deep wall probes. The HygroStick is ideal for high moisture applications, such as surveying concrete flooring, while the deep wall probes allow for moisture measurement at significantly greater depths through insertion into pre-drilled holes. The fast responding hygrometer functions speed up building surveys considerably, providing a more efficient surveying experience. This kit is completed by the remaining ‘Basic’ edition accessories, including the HD MC probe, QuikStick ST and soft canvas pouch.

Hard carry case - moulded carry case with foam cut outs for unit and accessories.

Hygro/Quik Exn Lead - extension leads for the Hygrostick and QuikStick hygrometer attachments/humidity sensor

HD hammer electrode - external moisture probe used for obtaining sub-surface moisture measurement of wood.

4x Hammer pins - spare pin electrodes for the hammer electrode.

Deep wall probes - external probe designed to be inserted into pre drilled holes in order to obtain moisture measurements within solid and composite walls.
