The Testo 300+ Flue Gas Analyser makes measurement smarter with an improved and enhanced CO sensor, meaning it can measure 8,000ppm as opposed to the 4,000 seen in previous 300 models. The 300+ also has an improved cost of ownership, with five-year lifespan sensors for reduced servicing, and peace of mind over your investment.

The Testo 300+ Flue Gas Analyser is a next-generation instrument that combines advanced technology with Testo's traditional strength of highly accurate measurement. It is capable of measuring oxygen, flue and ambient carbon monoxide, nitric oxide (with optional sensor), draught, pressure, and temperature, with all parameters measured to an extremely high degree of accuracy and precision. Onboard calculation is available for values such as CO2 (0 to CO2 max), combustion ratio, efficiency (Eta; 0% to 120%), and flue gas loss (0% to 99.9%).

In addition to these innovative and exciting features, which build on top of the Testo 300 Flue Gas Analyser, the 300+ has a 5-inch touchscreen display (1280 x 720 pixels) and intuitive menus. This allows the user to display several readings on the screen at any one time, with the ability to view each parameter in the form of a graph. Equipped with a zoom function, the 300+ can be configured to show values most relevant to the user.

The Testo 300 Smart Flue Gas Analyser is a next-generation instrument that combines advanced technology with Testo’s traditional strengths of highly accurate measurement. It is capable of measuring oxygen (0 to 21%), flue carbon monoxide (0 to 4,000ppm), draught (-9.99mbar to +40mbar), pressure (-100mbar to +200mbar), temperature (-40˚C to 1200˚C), and ambient carbon monoxide (0 to 2000ppm).

All parameters are measured to an extremely high degree of accuracy and precision. Onboard calculation is available for values such as CO2 (0 to CO2 max.), combustion ratio, efficiency (Eta; 0% to 120%), and flue gas loss (0% to 99.9%).

In addition to these comprehensive measurement and calculation functions, the Testo 300 is also one of the most sophisticated analysers available in terms of operation thanks to an advanced 5” colour touch screen and intuitive menus. Multiple readings can be displayed on screen at any one time and the user can view each parameter in the form of a graph over time. The display has a zoom function and can be individually configured to show the values most appropriate for the user.

Furthermore, the user can add an integrated address book with details of clients’ heating systems and it is possible to use the analyser to instantly create professional documentation such as measurement protocols featuring readings, customer details, customer signatures and more. PDF reports are saved to the Testo 300’s large internal memory and it is possible to e-mail reports straight away using a WLAN wireless connection.

The Testo interface function means that the analyser is capable of working with a range of industry software. It means it can connect with other devices for documenting and further processing.

The Testo 300 benefits from an extremely rugged design that is capable of withstanding the challenges of day-to-day use. The touchscreen is recessed and scratch resistant whilst also being covered by a protective film. Strong magnets on the back of the analyser allow it to be securely mounted to a metal surface and bolted housing makes the analyser very stable and secure.

Testo’s flexible probe matrix means that the Testo 300 is available with a wide range of probes which are easily exchanged in the field. Furthermore, probes from previous Testo analysers such as the 320 and 330 are still compatible with the Testo 300. The instrument has a battery life of 10 hours and is covered by a two-year warranty.
