The Testo 300+ Flue Gas Analyser makes measurement smarter with an improved and enhanced CO sensor, meaning it can measure 8,000ppm as opposed to the 4,000 seen in previous 300 models. The 300+ also has an improved cost of ownership, with five-year lifespan sensors for reduced servicing, and peace of mind over your investment.

The Testo 300+ Flue Gas Analyser Standard Kit is supplied with a Testo Bluetooth Connector, which enables parallel testing of several gasses, as well as a USB Mains Unit with Cable, a Soft Instrument Bag, and a Compact Basic Flue Gas Probe 180mm 1.5m hose, which enhance the capabilities of the 300+ Flue Gas Analyser.

The FGA enhances measurements thanks to its advanced sensors, which are capable of measuring a range of gases, including nitric oxide (with an optional sensor). With built-in connectivity for up to four smart probes and improved cost of ownership, the 300+ advances the industry-leading features of the Testo 300.

The Testo 300+ Flue Gas Analyser is a next-generation instrument that combines advanced technology with Testo's traditional strength of highly accurate measurement. With the capibilities to measure oxygen, flue and ambient carbon monoxide, nitric oxide (with optional sensor), draught, pressure, and temperature, the 300+ can measure these parameters to extreme accuracy and precision. Onboard calculation is available for values such as CO2 (0 to CO2 max), combustion ratio, efficiency (Eta; 0% to 120%), and flue gas loss (0% to 99.9%).

In addition to these innovative and exciting features that build on the Testo 300 Flue Gas Analyser, the 300+ includes a 5-inch touchscreen display (1280 x 720 pixels) with intuitive menus. This enables users to display multiple readings on the screen simultaneously and view each parameter as a graph. With a zoom function, the 300+ can be customised to show the most relevant values for the user.

Furthermore, the user is also able to utilise the second-screen function, which is an exciting feature of the 300+ Flue Gas Analyser. When used in conjunction with the Testo Smart App, the user is able to keep an eye on relevant measurement data, even when there is a long distance between the analyser and what is being measured.

Designed to withstand a range of environments and job sites, the 300+ has a touchscreen that is scratch resistant, and is covered in a protective film. This ensures that the instrument can be used with confidence. The Testo Bluetooth Connector, which is supplied with the 300+, allows for the measurement of up to four parameters in parallel, which maximises the efficiency of the flue gas analyser. This is done through Testo Smart Probes, which can be purchased as accessories for the Testo 300+. Testo has a plethora of compatible probes which can be added to the instrument. The Testo 300 Smart Flue Gas Analyser is a modern flue gas analyser with intuitive operation that sits alongside advanced measurement features. It has a range of measurement parameters including O2 from 0 to 21%, flue CO from 0 to 4000ppm, draught from -9.99mbar to 40mbar, pressure from -100mbar to 200mbar, temperature from -40˚C to 1200˚C, and ambient CO from 0 to 2000ppm. Calculated values are available for CO2, combustion ratio, efficiency, and flue gas loss.

One of the most prominent features of the Testo 300 is the colour touchscreen. This allows the user to access all of the functionality via intuitive onboard menus and, during inspections, multiple readings can be shown on screen simultaneously. Furthermore, it allows graphical analysis of results over time with a useful zoom function. The large internal memory has space for thousands of readings and a large address book with details for clients. PDF reports can be produced and then immediately communicated via a WLAN wireless connection.
