The Testo 300 Flue Gas Analyser Smart Heat Pump Kit allows for the traditional gas and oil measurements alongside monobloc or split system heat pumps. Together, the Testo 300 Smart Flue gas analyser and the Testo 550i smart manifold allow for heat pump servicing. Included within the kit are two Testo 115i Bluetooth pipe clamp thermometers and a Testo 510i digital manometer. Using the heat pump kit, technicians are able to test for boiler combustion testing as well as testing of mono bloc or split system heat pumps.

Testo 300 Smart Flue Gas Analyser

The Testo 300 Flue Gas Analyser is a modern flue gas analyser with an intuitive operation that sits alongside advanced measurement features. It has a range of measurement parameters including O2 from 0 to 21%, flue CO from 0 to 4000ppm, the draught from -9.99mbar to 40mbar, pressure from -100mbar to 200mbar, temperature from -40˚C to 1200˚C, and ambient CO from 0 to 2000ppm. Calculated values are available for CO2, combustion ratio, efficiency, and flue gas loss.

One of the most prominent features of the Testo 300 is the five inch colour touchscreen. This allows the user to access all of the functionality via intuitive onboard menus and, during inspections, multiple readings can be shown on screen simultaneously. Furthermore, it allows graphical analysis of results over time with a useful zoom function. The large internal memory has space for thousands of readings and a large address book with details for clients. PDF reports can be produced and then immediately communicated via a WLAN wireless connection.

Using the Testo 300 Flue Gas Analyser Smart Heat Pump Kit, users are able to perform a number of tests that can all be read simultaneously on one screen. Using the kit, how and low pressure can be determined. Tightness testing can be recorded and analysis of the pressure curve can be performed. Further measurements can be performed such as vacuum with a graphic progression display of the measurement with an indication of the start and differential value. Automatic determination of condensation and evaporation temperature and calculation of superheating/subcooling can all be measured and viewed onscreen.
