The Testo 860i Thermal Imaging Camera is an ideal choice for use in the HVAC trade, with simple operation and highly-accurate results making it highly suitable for a range of tasks. For use with both iOS and Android devices, this thermal imaging camera allows for the simple identification of differential temperature (Delta T), when used in conjunction with Testo's Smart App, which features DeltaHeat for the quick identification of the spread of flow and return temperatures, and DeltaCool for working out differential temperature in refrigeration and air conditioning systems. Using this instrument is made simple with the Smart App, with effortless documentation of findings and the ability for on-site distribution of these results.

The Testo 860i offers flexible handling through wireless use, or one-handed operation directly attached to a smartphone. It is highly suitable for everyday use, with an IP54 rating ensuring protection from dust and water splashes. This allows the user to feel confident when using the instrument in a range of environments, with 1.5m drop testing also protecting the camera. A 256 x 192 pixel infrared resolution enables highly-accurate thermal imaging, which can then be analysed and distributed. The 860i has been designed for ease of use and reliability, with a rechargeable lithium battery enhancing reliability. A long operating time also ensures that tasks can be completed with no worry, with this smart instrument highly suitable for everyday use.

The Test0 860i can also be used alongside a range of Testo Smart Probes, with combinations able to enhance specific testing tasks that the user desires. For example, when used in conjunction with the 605i Thermohygrometer, the user is able to test for issues relating to mould, allowing them to take preventative action before an issue develops. 

Additionally, the 860i has three specialised measuring programs, which are used through connection to the free Testo Smart App: DeltaHeat for swiftly determining the spread between flow and return temperatures in radiators, DeltaCool for analyzing temperature differences in refrigeration and air conditioning systems, and a humidity mode to assess mould risk in buildings.
