Chauvin Arnoux D30N AC Current Clamp Probe

The Chauvin Arnoux D30N AC Current Clamp Probe is an extremely heavy-duty piece of equipment designed for non-contact measuring of alternating currents, it negates the need to open a circuit or shut off an installation. Specifically for medium currents rated 2400A AC and featuring True RMS measurement values, the transformation ratio provided by the clamp is 3000 to 1.

The intuitive shape of the D30N clamp and spring-loaded jaw, boasting a maximum width of 90mm, provides an easy method of enclosing busbars or cables (up to 64mm diameter). With a measurement range of 1 to 3600A AC, the alternating current output signal is produced via isolated 4mm female sockets and protected against voltage surges. Rated CAT IV 300V and CAT III 600V with a one year warranty, the clamp is equipped with a voltage limiter and can withstand a 20% overload on all ranges for extra user safety.
