    ETI Saf-T-Log® Food Processing Thermometer

    The ETI Saf-T-Log® Food Processing Thermometer helps the user measure temperatures and then store, download and print HACCP reports as part of a statutory hygiene regime. It eliminates the need for paper logs and complicated PDAs as the thermometer is extremely easy to use.

    The ETI Saf-T-Log has a temperature measurement range of -100˚C to 1372˚C with a resolution of 0.1˚C and accuracy of ±(0.4˚C + 0.1%). Measurements are taken via a type K thermocouple connection which is compatible with a huge range of different probes from multiple manufacturers. Please note that no probes are supplied with the ETI Saf-T-Log.

    Smart functions for the ETI Saf-T-Log include the ability to save up to 300 different items that are routinely measured in a food processing environment. This might include cooking equipment like deep fryers as well as specific food substances like chicken, beef or bread. 10 corrective actions can be saved and it is also possible to set up to 25 user profiles.

    Individual high/low temperature limits for each saved item allow the thermometer to provide an instant PASS/FAIL indication on screen alongside a temperature reading. The item label is also displayed. A time-delay feature can be added to each item and up to seven different checklists can be created as part of different HACCP procedures.

    Up to 1000 readings can be recorded to the ETI Saf-T-Log’s internal memory. When these readings fall outside acceptable limits for specific items, the corrective action will be automatically suggested by the thermometer. Readings will be downloaded to a PC once the thermometer is connected. Windows software allows data to be archived and a report produced automatically.

    The ETI Saf-T-Log has tough ABS housing which is IP66/67 rated for water resistance. Biomaster silver additive helps prevent bacterial growth which is ideal for use in food processing. A calibration certificate is supplied as standard.

You can even manage your booking online and re-arrange delivery for another date or arrange the goods to be left with a neighbour of your choice.

    We also offer delivery options for goods required urgently on certain products, all which are sent by DPD/Interlink.
