FLIR T540 (Ex Demo)

The FLIR T540 Thermal Imaging Camera is a high-resolution 464 x 348 (161,472 pixels) thermal imager allowing for inspection of potentially hazardous targets from a safe distance. The T540 boasts a temperature range from -20˚C to 1500˚C and has a thermal sensitivity of 30mK at (±0.03˚C) thus allowing extremely clear thermal images and video over wide range that allows for the accurate detection of hot spots and hidden deficiencies that can be invisible to the naked eye. The camera comes complete with a 24˚ lens. 

Time-lapsing imaging over 24 hours of the FLIR T540 is extremely useful as it allows the situation to be assessed over a time period ranging from 10 seconds to 24 hours for intermittent faults. Other features include Picture-in-Picture mode, live Max/Min temperature display and a 5MP digital camera with an incorporated LED light and a continuous 1-6x digital zoom.

Boasting a 4” LCD colour touch screen , the T540 allows for clear viewing and operation of the camera, especially with its wide range of colour palettes. The T540 has an auto-rotating optical block which can be viewed from 180º allowing for inspections in awkward or hard to reach places.

Temperature can be measured at up to three spots on screen with further features including information area measurement (m² or ft²) and focus modes such as continuous with laser distance meter (LDM), one-shot LDM, one-shot contrast and manual . MSX® image enhancement uses the integrated 5.0 megapixel digital camera to add perspective and detail to thermal images and videos. The T540 automatically adds a GPS tags with a date and time stamp and voice annotations added through either the built-in mic or via Bluetooth.

An 8GB removable SD card comes supplied as standard with the FLIR T540, with files transferrable to smart devices via wi-fi or USB where FLIR Thermal Studio Suite software and UltraMax™ can be used to enhance and report the findings. The METERLiNK® function of the camera allows for connectivity to compatible FLIR meters via Bluetooth with results shown onscreen.

Unit Condition: Like new, this model has only been used for product demonstrations and has never been deployed in the field. The unit will be delivered with a new calibration certificate upon sale.
