Fluke 725 Multifunction Process Calibrator

The Fluke 725 Multifunction Process Calibrator can be used to measure and source mA, Volts, Temperature (RTDs and Thermocouples), ohms, frequency. The Fluke 725 can easily source and measure most process parameters and test most process devices. The Fluke 725 unit operators are able to measure/source/simulate mA loop parameters. Other functions include measure and source mA, Volts DC, frequency and resistance. The Fluke 725 has a built-in 24V loop power supply.

The Fluke 725 boasts a backlit display allowing for use even in difficult working environments. The easy to read and measure/source screen allows for simultaneous viewing of both input and output. The user interface is simple and easy to use with simple controls and without menus, making operation of the Fluke 725 easy. The Fluke 725 allows users to store and recall frequently used calibration set ups.

A versatile tool, the Fluke 725 can power transmitters during a test using the loop supply with simultaneous mA measurement so a transmitter can be tested out of circuit and isolate problems. The Fluke 725 is also able to test a number of fast pulsed RTD transmitters and Programmable Logic Controllers with pulses as short a 10ms

Users of the Fluke 725 are able to source mA with simultaneous pressure measurements to conduct value and I/P (input current/Output pressure) tests using a single device.Frequency and counts per minute (CPM) functions can be performed as well as fast linearity tests with both auto-step and auto-ramp features allowing for verification of the mA signal at different output levels.

Powered by 4 x AA batteries the Fluke 725 has a battery life of approximately of 25 hours and has been drop tested to 1m.
